Inclusion criteria: Scheduled for hip or knee replacement surgery Standard spinal anesthesia Age between 18–90 years Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart rhythm other than sinus History of orthostatic intolerance prior to surgery
