Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 18 years old, requiring an operation, suspected of having OSA according to local protocol,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: emergency procedure, planned procedure < 5 days in future, patient with a known diagnose of OSA, patients with a condition that won't allow a plaster around finger
