Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult cochlear implant (Nucleus 24R) receivers with 3-9 months experience with their implant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to comply with the study follow-up, failure to obtain written consent, speech understanding too poor to perform the speech perception tests.
