Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 18 years or older, undergoing surgical pleurodesis after pneumothorax by means of pleurectomy, pleural abrasion, or talc poudrage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pneumonia - Pleural empyema - Previous pleurodesis, either chemical or surgical, of the ipsilateral hemi-thorax. - BMI >35 - Persistent (partial) pneumothorax after surgery (as evaluated with standard post-operative imaging)
