Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Workers of the University and University Medical Center in the Northern part of the Netherlands; 2. Aged 45 years and older; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Period of sickness absence with no prospect of recovery; 2. Upcoming retirement, resignation or sabbatical.
