Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sick-listed unemployed and temporary agency workers and workers with expired fixed term contracts with psychological problems 2. Expected recovery within 1 year 3. Age 18-64 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent pregnancy till 3 months post partum 2. Addiction to drugs, alcohol and medication
