Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Complaints are treated according to the general guidelines, but no progress has been seen. - The patient is willing to provide permission for a consultation with his/her GP. - Medical diagnostics has been completed and results are known.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - The patient is having a second opinion in an other hospital. - The patient is not willing to participate with the involved disciplines. - There are still other somatic/psychological examinations, which have been done and results are not known yet. - A new treatment is started elsewhere.
