Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only healthy children between five and ten years of age and healthy adults will be included in the experiment. Participants are considered eligible for inclusion in the case of absence of any upper or lower extremity pain or musculoskeletal impairments negatively affecting task performance. Furthermore participants need to be right dominant for the upper extremity and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children will be excluded when motor skill abilities, established by the Movement ABC-2 test, are below norms for age.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
-kinematic measures of the reaching movement of the tip of the index finger -joint ranges of motion -uncontrolled manifold analyses

Secondary
