Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 65 years or older; 2. patients with a psychiatric diagnosis (or strong supposed diagnosis) on Axis I of the DSM IV-TR; 3. lack of motivation for treatment; 4. regular treatment is not sufficient; 5. seriously various problems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to seriously dementia; 2. Simple addiction.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
1. Number of patients who receive care and the number of patients who stay in care; 2. The psychiatric-, somatic condition and social functioning of the patient; 3. Quality of life.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
1. Ability to live and do things independently; 2. Crisis contacts; 3. (Court ordered) hospitalization and hospitalization time; 4. Increase of motivation for treatment and medication compliance; 5. Stronger therapeutic relationship.	—
