Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus who participate in Ramadan (both fasting as non fasting people).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with Type 1 diabetes mellitus

The effect of the program on glycemic and anthropometric parameters (quantitative analysis) and the evaluation of the program by patients with T2DM who attended the education program (qualitative analysis).
