Interventions

Nursing Monitoring of Somatic Status and Lifestyle – Mental Health (NMSL-MH), in Dutch Verpleegkundige Monitoring Somatiek en Leefstij (VMSL).

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible for participation were all individuals older than 60 years, who met the SMI-criteria. Individuals were asked for informed consent in case they were able to give consent themselves. When an individual was unable to give informed consent, the legal representative was asked for permission to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No informed consent. Individuals who did not speak the Dutch language were excluded.
