Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stable CHF (NYHA class II-III and echocardiographical ejection fraction <= 40%) attributed to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy or ischemic heart disease due to myocardial infarction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myocardial infarction / unstable angina pectoris in previous 3 months; 2. Atrial fbrillation / flutter; 3. COPD (Tiffenau index < 60%).
