Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 18 years of age or older - refered for surgical consultation with gallstones or inguinal hernia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Complicated gallstone disease - Mentally incompetent - Insufficient knowledge of Dutch language
