Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - a low self-esteem (score RSES =27) - a personality disorder as main diagnosis DSM-5 - being able and willing to participate in a group treatment - being assessed to outpatient schema focused therapy - being in treatment phase 1 of this therapy. This is the phase before the schema focused therapy, which takes place in phase 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute suicidality - mentally disabled - serious agressive behaviour - serious addiction(s) - clients with a Cluster A-personality disorder or with an antisocial personality disorder.
