Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ambulatory patients with the diagnosis of a solid tumour or a haematological malignancy, who are receiving one or more (oral) anti-cancer therapies, are included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The use of experimental trial agents; 2. Age <18 years; 3. The use of anti-cancer drugs for non-malignant diseases.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Prevalence of drug-drug interactions (DDI's) and the clinical consequence of these DDI's.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary objective is to obtain more insight into possible determinants for the occurrence of these DDIs.
