Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unicompartment medial knee OA Intact ACL; 2. Full thickness medial cartilage loss; 3. Fully correctable, full thickness lateral compartment cartilage; 4. Anterior disease with preserved posterior bone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lateral compartment cartilage disease; 2. ACL lesion; 3. Not willing to consent or not able to return for follow up.
