Live music, person centred improvisation, will be performed by professional musicians for approximately 10-15 minutes, once a day for a period of at least one day and with a maximum of seven days post

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Aged 65 years of older • Post- surgery • All types of surgery • Written informed consent given according to local regulations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with total deafness (perception deafness) • Patients that are unable to communicate in any way
