Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients (age 18-85 years) undergoing CABG surgery, informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Re-operation, emergency operation, patients with diabetes mellitus type 1, patients with a history of hematologic or hepatic diseases or renal replacement therapy, patients with a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 35 kg/m2
