Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients which visited our Emergency Department in 2014. There will be two groups, a group with a length of stay shorter than 4 hours and a group with a lenth of stay of 4 hours or longer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without registration of time of arrival or departure. Patients with an unreliable length of stay. The patients registered in our database, but that actually were admitted to the emergency cardiac care.
