Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. End stage osteoarthritis; 2. Between the age of eighteen and sixty-three; 3. Having a paid job.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious co morbidity; 2. Insufficient knowledge of the Dutch language.
