Inclusion criteria: -Fracture of the femoral neck -Treated with hemiarthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Pathological origin

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Treatment changes at planned and unplanned visits at the outpatient clinic. Treatment changes are defined as: antibiotics due to a wound infection and re-operation for any reason (infection and dislocation).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-Mortality -Treatment after failure -Complications (infection, dislocation, periprosthetic fracture)
