Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult (>18 years old) patients with moderate or severe osteoarthritis in either knee or hip will be invited to enroll.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to fill out the questionnaire or work through the decision aids.
