Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children between 36 and 47 months old at the time of inclusion, who are healthy (ASA classification I) and registered at a general dental practice.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Children with a physical or mental disability. - Children with a high caries activity (decayed, missing and filled teeth ≥ 4). - Children with hypo mineralised second primary molars. - Children (or siblings of the child) who have been receiving treatment at a referral practice for paediatric dental care. - Children of parents who do not speak or understand the Dutch language.
