Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Pediatric patients with cancer hospitalised in University Medical Centre Groningen - Reason of hospitalization is febrile neutropenia - Active treatment with systemic antibiotics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - No defecation within the first three days of hospitalization
