In the period of October 2015 – March 2016 the self-management OA courses will be organized in 3 districts in the Nijmegen area. Per district a maximum of 4 courses will be organized. Each course will

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Every patient with a clinical diagnosis of OA in the hip or knee (diagnosed by a GP or medical specialist) > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have had a joint replacement surgery due to OA will be excluded
