Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients who are referred from another hospital, then the hospital where they were treated for their oncological disease. - Patients who are physically and mentally able and willing to answer the questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had already been under treatment in the centralized hospital and therefore were not referred.
