Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Admission at one of the participating departments; 2. Informed consent; 3. Duration of admission at least 3 days maximally a month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years; 2. Patients who are emotionally or physically not capable to participate; 3. Senile dementia, confusion of the patient; 4. Inability to express in Dutch language.
