Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate or severe AD aged 16+ or parents of children aged 0 to 4; 2. Who visit the outpatient department of dermatology of the UMC Utrecht or Erasmus MC Rotterdam for the first time; 3. Who have Internet access.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral immunosuppressive drugs; 2. UV-B / UV-A light therapy.
