Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants that are 55 years of age or older, and of either the highest or lowest 20% of the genetic risk distribution for glaucoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anyone under the age of 55, or not in the Lifelines cohort.
