People with severe mental illness (DSM-IV diagnosis) that persists for at least 2 years. It mainly concerns people with schizophrenia and/or with psychotic disorder (NOS).

In the experimental condition clients will get a digital communication device. This opens the possibility for the following services:
1. Regular / crisis consultation via webcam
2. Computerized information about treatment plans, lab results, reminders and scheduled appointments
3. Support by significant others: clients can have webcam contact with family members or other sig

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People with severe mental illness (DSM-IV diagnosis) that persists for at least 2 years. It mainly concerns people with schizophrenia and/or with psychotic disorder (NOS).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Insufficient comprehension of Dutch language 2. Homelessness
