Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 30-39 years who are living in the region of Nijmegen and who are willing and able to follow the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - not speak, read and/or understand Dutch (VMBO level) - prior history of significant psychiatric or neurological illnesses - current disease or medication that affects the brain - pregnancy - contra-indication for MRI - contra-indication for submaximal cycling test - contra-indication for cold pressor test
