Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the hospital and (at risk for being) malnourished, with an age of 18 years or older and with the ability to speak and read the Dutch language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Expected hospital admission < 3 days, palliative patients, and/or patients with parenteral nutrition dependence
