Team use of a system that enables pharmasists to inform the psychiatrist (teamleader) when clients do not collect presciptions

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clients in care with the Functional-ACT teams of Arkin Mental Health, receiving anti-psychotic medication or mood stabillizers through a pharmacy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clients in care with the Functional-ACT teams of Arkin Mental Health that receive other medication than anti-psychotic medication or mood-stabilizers, receive their medication in depot form, or receive their medication in the institution.
