Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age younger than 65 years old - Debilitating knee osteoarthritis and indicated for KA, but not yet operated - Participating in a (paid or voluntary) job - Able to perform usual rehabilitation care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Cognitive or mental restrictions - Not adequately understanding or writing the Dutch language - Any disabling condition other than their debilitating knee osteoarthritis, which restricts patients from performing their activities (like deconditioning pulmonal or cardial diseases, systemic inflammatory diseases or preexisting arthroplasty in hip(s) or other knee)

- Outcome measures concerning activities: activity monitoring, SQUASH and WORQ. - Outcome measures concerning satisfaction: VAS satisfaction, VAS activities of daily life, work and leisure time, VAS work capacity and NPS. - Functional overall knee scores: KOOS and OKS-APQ
