Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All workers who are listed in participating occupational health care service providers and eligible for a comprehensive health examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Workers eligible for a health examination is not comprehensive and consist only of a single test, e.g. hearing test

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome 1: The time the personal resources for being able to work will last. Seven point scale ranging from 2 months until official retirement age. Primary outcome 2: Work ability Score: score of current work ability compared to life-time best on a ten point scale, measured at one-year follow-up.

Secondary outcomes: at 12 months follow-up: - self rated health - physical work ability - mental work ability Process evaluation indicators - satisfaction with health examination - achieving health goals - performance of OHNs in health examinations
