Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. overweight/obees; 2. 12-18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not dutch-speaking; 2. overweight/obesity as a result of a known syndrome or organic cause; 3. mental retardation; 4. physical limitations; 5. diagnosed DM type 2.
