Inclusion criteria: Patients who telephone the out-of-office-hours primary care with symptoms of chest pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age <18; Declined study participation (opt-out); traumatic chest pain

| The outcomes of interest are the safety and efficiency of the proposed triage strategies (NTS and/or Marburg) for "urgent diagnosis and/or fatal outcome". The definition of “urgent diagnosis and/or fatal outcome” is defined as: death from any cause, acute coronary syndrome and/or urgent coronary revascularization, acute thoracic aortic dissection, pulmonary embolism, acute heart failure, peri(myo)carditis, (tension)pneumothorax. | — |
