Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of 18 years and older who recieved a second kidney transplant 2. Clinical trials, cohortstudies, retrospective studies, longitudinal studies and prospective studies. 3. English-language studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case reports and conference reports. 2. Studies included preemptive kidney transplantation 3. Studies included nephrectomy 4. Studies comparing influences of immunosuppressants, HLA-matching, thrombosis, noncompliance or trauma-death donors 5. Studies that combine kidney transplantation with another organ transplantation 6. Studies who did not mention the one-year graft survival of the second kidney transplant
