Inclusion criteria
Individuals diagnosed with COPD, * Aged 40-65 years, who volunteer to participate in the study, * Who do not have additional musculoskeletal disorders, neurological or cardiorespiratory problems, or respiratory failure (not using long-term home oxygen therapy or non-invasive mechanical ventilation) will be included. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Individuals: * Individuals aged 40-65 years who volunteer to participate in the study, * Who do not have additional musculoskeletal disorders, neurological or cardiorespiratory problems, * Who do not have communication problems will be included.

The scale evaluates various cognitive domains, such as executive functions, visuospatial skills, attention, memory, language, abstraction, and orientation.
