Brief summary

The goal of this study is to simulate turn-around times of blood cultures from blood culture collection to final communication of the result. The main objective is to develop a web-based tool that is able to simulate heterogeneous laboratory settings and to analyse the impact of infrastructure and opening hours on blood culture turn-around times.
