Inclusion criteria
* \- Children aged 7 to 10 years. * Confirmed diagnosis of posterior fossa brain tumors. * Medically stable and able to perform physical evaluations. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Controls: * Age-matched healthy children aged 7 to 10 years. * No history of neurological, musculoskeletal, or oncological disorders.
Exclusion criteria
* Associated severe cognitive or visual impairments preventing test comprehension. * Other concurrent major medical or orthopedic conditions affecting physical performance.
