Inclusion criteria
* Age ≥ 18 year-old * Patients undergoing synchronous bilateral talc pleurodesis * Diagnosis of malignant bilateral pleural effusions * Surgical resection between 1998 and September 2025
Exclusion criteria
* Other type of surgery * Lack of consent to research * Other type of diagnosis (e.g. viral disease)
