Brief summary
This study will test the effects of radon risk messages with different target groups on intention to test/mitigate.
Interventions
Newly designed or adapted radon risk messaging materials intended to increase radon awareness and risk perception or prompt radon mitigation.

Inclusion criteria
* Rural resident participants must be a homeowner or the primary decision maker in the home. * Rural resident participants must live in a rural area, defined as residence in a rural-urban community area (RUCA) with a code of 4-7. * Rural resident participants must be able to read and speak english. * Participants in the radon messaging groups will include individuals who have never tested their home for radon and individuals whose home has tested high for radon but have not mitigated their home.
Exclusion criteria
* For rural resident online study, individuals who are not a homeowner or primary decision maker in the home, do not live in a qualifying rural area, or do not have internet access.
