Brief summary
In recent years, the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the medical field has rapidly expanded, becoming a valuable tool in healthcare training. Studies have shown that AI-based communication education modules can improve communication skills among medical students. Communication skills are also critical in dietitian training.
Interventions
Participants in the intervention group received a single-session, one-time nutrition education delivered via an AI-based chatbot, administered between the pre-test and post-test assessments. The chatbot provided personalized dietary guidance and nutrition-related information based on participant input. The control group received no intervention during the same period. This design allows comparison of changes in nutrition-related outcomes between the AI chatbot intervention group and the no-intervention control group across the pre- and post-test time points.

Inclusion criteria
* Junior and senior students in nutrition science.
Exclusion criteria
* Those who have not taken nutrition assessment courses.
