Interventions

Patient receive Low-intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy targeting specific acupoints for chronic pelvic pain management.

DEVICEAcupuncture

Patient receive traditional Chinese acupunture treatment targeting specific acupoints for chronic pain management.

Inclusion criteria

* Postpartum 2 weeks * Complaining of pelvic floor pain * Confirmed with a trigger point by an obstetrician and gynecologist * Willing to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

* Postpartum infection * Coagulation abnormalities * Cardiac pacemaker * History of gynecological cancer * Concurrently receiving other treatments * Long-term use of steroids or muscle relaxants * Deemed unsuitable to participate in the study
