Detailed description

it is a study to compare the effectiveness of goal directed fluid therapy (GDTF) in patients undergoing craniotomy when gudied by cvp group (25 cases) versus group ppv (25 cases) .the primary outcome is the amout of fluid given to the patient gudied by cvp compared to amount given gudied by ppv . secondaary outcome include: incidence of hypotesion ,vasopressor use, serum lacatate ,pulmonary complications , PONV ,length of hospital stay
