Brief summary
This prospective observational study aims to evaluate the association between intraoperative perfusion variability and postoperative troponin elevation in geriatric patients undergoing major oncologic surgery. Intraoperative hemodynamic and perfusion-related parameters will be recorded, and postoperative troponin levels will be assessed to investigate whether intraoperative perfusion changes are associated with myocardial injury. Troponin measurements will be obtained preoperatively and at 24 hours after surgery

Inclusion criteria
* Age 65 years or older * Undergoing major abdominal oncologic surgery * Availability of preoperative and 24-hour postoperative troponin measurements * Complete intraoperative and postoperative patient monitoring records * Provision of written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
* Age younger than 65 years * Absence of preoperative or 24-hour postoperative troponin measurements * Incomplete intraoperative or postoperative patient monitoring records * Undergoing emergency surgery * Advanced heart failure * ASA Physical Status IV * Pulmonary artery pressure \>40 mmHg
