Brief summary

Clinical Characteristics, Etiology, Short-Term Outcomes, and Performance of Contemporary Risk Stratification Scores in Acute Heart Failure Patients Presenting to Assiut University Heart Hospital.

Detailed description

Primary Aim To characterize the demographic and clinical characteristics, etiological spectrum, precipitating factors, management, and short-term outcomes, including length of stay, ICU admission, organ failure, and 30-day rehospitalization, of patients presenting with acute heart failure at Assiut University Heart Hospital .Secondary Aim To evaluate the prognostic performance of the HEARTRISK6 score by externally validating its ability to predict short-term adverse outcomes, including in-hospital mortality.

Interventions
