Brief summary

This study aims to uncover the characteristics of the fungal flora in non-small cell lung cancer, and to investigate the relationship between pulmonary fungi and the various pathological subtypes, stages, clinical features of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as patient prognosis. It seeks to provide new perspectives for a comprehensive understanding of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as new approaches for its early diagnosis and prognosis assessment.

Detailed description

This project intends to study the structural characteristics and clinical relevance of fungal microbiota in lung tissue of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The project plans to collect 500 lung tissue samples from patients undergoing lung cancer surgery, build an ecological map of non-small cell lung cancer fungi through high-throughput sequencing, and simultaneously carry out traditional fungi culture to obtain culturable strain resources, so as to build a resource bank of non-small cell lung cancer fungi. By integrating clinicopathological information and follow-up data, using bioinformatics and statistical methods, key landmark fungi were screened, and the correlation between fungal community structure and different pathological subtypes, stages and clinical characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed. Inclusion criteria

Non-small cell lung cancer was diagnosed by biopsy before operation, frozen pathology during operation or paraffin section after operation; The patients were 30 to 80 years old; No chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy were given before operation;

Exclusion criteria

Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; Combined with primary malignant tumor of other systems or recurrence of lung cancer, combined with immunodeficiency disease; Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis with infection, tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis; recent use of antifungal drugs; Basic clinical information (such as pathological type, clinical stage and treatment plan) cannot be obtained;
