Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
* patients diagnosed with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma according to IMWG criteria who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; * Age ≥ 18 years; * Signature of the informed consent form (where possible).
Exclusion criteria
* Patients diagnosed with primary AL amyloidosis, monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), indolent multiple myeloma, or primary plasma cell leukemia; * Patients who have not undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; * Age \< 18 years.
